Frequently Asked Questions

Your order is sent directly to the restaurant and we confirm the process. If you have not received your food within a reasonable amount of time, please have your order number ready and contact our customer service.

Your order number was displayed on the success page, after completing your order, and was emailed to you in the order confirmation email. Order numbers typically look something like: M123-4567. If you can't find your order number, you can still contact our customer service and we can still find your order.

No. Omnom is free to use. We make money by charging restaurants, and so you pay the same as if you had ordered over the phone. Some restaurants choose to charge a delivery fee, and some set minimum orders amounts for them to deliver to you, but these are the same as over the phone.

Simply enter your address on the home page and we will find all the restaurants that deliver to you. Then, click on the restaurants in the search results to see their menus. Click items on the menus to add those items to your tray (a.k.a. shopping cart). Once you add the first item, your tray will be made visible. When you have added the minimum amount that a restaurant requires, a "checkout" button will appear.

On the checkout page, enter the remaining, required, information and click "submit order" to place the order. You can pay by credit/debit card, or by cash. We send the order information directly to the restaurant, and will also send a confirmation email to the email address you provided. It's easy and fast!

If you pay by cash, then of course, you tip in cash. If you pay by credit/debit card, there are three possibilities. Some restaurants have the ability to process your card themselves, and for some, we process your card on their behalf. For restaurants that can process your card themselves, you must write in your tip, and sign the receipt, when the food arrives. For restaurants that we process the card for, you must pre-tip during the checkout, before clicking the "submit order" button. Of course, you maybe also tip in cash when paying by card.

On the checkout page under the credit/debit card information area, we display whether or not the restaurant will be processing your card, and prompt for a pre-tip, when the restaurant does not.

Yes, your personal information and credit/debit card is secure. We use AES-256 256 bit SSL encryption to make sure your information cannot be compromised while in transit, and we do not store your card details on our servers.
